I have been a resident of Tallahassee since 1964 and resident of Killearn Estates since 1968. I am one of the original broker/owners of Killearn Brokers Realty, Inc. and hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designations which are earned through a course of study and documented experience. These designations are held by fewer than 4% of all REALTORS® nationwide. Having been in business fro so many years, I have had the pleasure of selling to hundreds of individuals and families through repeated business and referrals. In many instances, I started with the parents and now have the pleasure of working with their children.

I believe in giving back to your profession and to the community. As a member of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, I have served on the Grievance Committee, Finance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. I have participated in the Habitat for Humanity builds that have been undertaken by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. As a member of the community, I was actively involved with Christmas Connection for 15 years, devoting my afternoons and weekends each December to help those most in need at Christmas. I have participated in The American Cancer Society Relay for Life since it began in Tallahassee in 1996. I am a breast cancer survivor and am the top individual money raiser for the event. In 2003, a new volunteer of the year award was formed by the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and named The Gerri Roberts Volunteer of the Year Award. I was the first recipient of the award.

I truly love helping people buy and/or sell homes and I look forward to continuing to help people in the years to come.
